Do you work outside India?
We are an Indian house, proven across India's most constrained industrial sites — power, cement, metals, urban. Global owners, EPCs and insurers already use this archive to qualify us. For work outside India we partner on engineering, blast design and on-site direction. Write to office@exiqude.com with the country, structure and constraints.
Do you publish fleet, manhours, RCC, steel and height?
Yes. Fleet lists 13 owned units — long-reach, excavators, crane, loaders, tippers, trailers — and hired plant separately. Brands stay off that page. Height of structure handled is 256 m (Angul chimney, 50 m width). Manhours, volume of RCC and steel are the published-record scale; signed quantities for a named tender are issued from office@exiqude.com.
What does a live-plant demolition actually mean?
The unit next door stays energised. ID fans, switchyards, kilns, mills, HT lines and conveyors keep running. Our job is to design a fall corridor, vibration budget and exclusion so the plant does not take an outage it did not book.
Are you PESO compliant?
Yes. Charging, storage, transport and firing follow Indian explosives regulations. Designs are signed by mining engineers. Vibration and air-blast are recorded.
What do you need to price a job?
A drawing or even a phone photo, the structure type and height, distance to the nearest live asset, whether the plant stays up, and the outage window if any. We typically respond in 1–2 business days from our team.
Chimney, tower, tank or building — which method?
Chimneys: hinge-cut felling. Hyperbolic cooling towers: sequential shell collapse. Tanks and silos: directed implosion. Urban towers: designed inward collapse. Process units in tight yards: hybrid mechanical and non-explosive when vibration forbids a shot.
Who directs the work?
Dr. Anand Sharma, PhD — mining engineer, MBM Jodhpur 1993 — designs the hinge and the delay. Anshul Mudgal, director, holds operations: crews, plant and the seven centres. The crew is EXIQUDE people.
Can neighbours, insurers and the press watch?
Yes, from the marked viewing line. Many of our jobs are filmed in full. We treat a demolition as a public engineering act, not a stunt.
What if blasting is not allowed?
We switch to hybrid: robotic demolition, diamond wire, non-explosive breaking. Dalmia Rajgangpur's reject crusher was taken down this way against a near-zero vibration budget.
Can you work as a nominated subcontractor to an EPC?
Yes. AFCONS, ISGEC, APCO Infra and Shapoorji Pallonji are on the published client list. Send the NIT, the structure, the vibration cap and the window. PQQ pack — CIN, GST, fleet, centres, manhours, method — leaves our team the same day.
Do you hire engineers and operators?
Yes. Own employed crews only. Blast design, site engineers, HSE, magazine in-charge, survey/CAD and plant operators. Open roles sit on the Careers desk. Applications to office@exiqude.com or the form on this site.
Is there a client login or portal?
Not a public sign-in. Drawings, pre-qualification and insurance go through our team — office@exiqude.com and the enquiry forms. Named EPCs receive a pack on award, not a generic download of policy numbers.
