You will draw corridors, not watch them. Mining or civil with blasting, comfortable signing a delay sequence, willing to stand on the pad the night before the shot. Reports to Dr. Anand Sharma.
Operations · field · Centres + nominated sites
Survey, charging plan, exclusion and handover on industrial and urban jobs.
Own-crew jobs. You work on site with EXIQUDE people, not hired labour. Cement, power, metals, urban towers. Seven centres, so the work moves.
Safety · field · Field, reporting to India
PPV, air-blast, exclusion, PESO paperwork and the viewing line — written into the design.
We do not bolt safety on after the shot. You sit in the method. Industrial hygiene, explosives awareness and the nerve to stop a pad.
Explosives · field · Nominated magazines
Licensed custody of explosive, transport to the pad, and the paper that survives an audit.
PESO is a chain. This is a link. Licensed personnel only. The house does not freelance magazines.
Engineering · desk · India, with site rotations
As-built, fall-corridor drawings, ring surveys on NDCT shells, hinge plots.
If it is not on the drawing it is not a method. Comfortable in AutoCAD or equivalent, willing to climb a shaft with a tape.
Fleet · field · Field
Owned plant. Long-reach and excavators on debris, hybrid cuts and pad recovery.
We list owned units on the fleet page. Operators are house people. Experience on industrial pads preferred; we will not put a new operator against a live kiln on day one.
