Why the people who survey, hinge, charge and fire are EXIQUDE people — and what that means if you want to join the house.
The published record is ten lakh-plus manhours of own employed crews. That number is not a body-shop invoice. The people who walk the shaft, draw the hinge and stand at the firing are on the house books.
We run seven centres — Jaipur, Bharatpur, Katni, Jhansi, Awarpur, Jafrabad, Jharsuguda — so a cement plant in the east and a station in the south are not staffed from one location. Anshul Mudgal, director of operations, holds crews, plant and magazines.
If you want to join: we hire blast designers, site engineers, HSE, magazine in-charges, surveyors and plant operators who can live in the field and still file a drawing. The work is not a stunt. It is a repeated engineering act.
