How an EPC should prequalify a demolition subcontractor.
A practical PQQ: CIN, GST, PESO, own crews, owned plant, signed manhours, and a film of a job that looks like yours.
EPCs lose months when a demolition subcontractor is a labour contractor with a rented excavator and a borrowed magazine. The prequalification should be boring, numbered, and filmable.
Ask for the CIN and GST — EXIQUDE Private Limited, U14290RJ2020PTC068504, GST 08AAFCE8649B1ZK. Ask who employs the site crew. Ask which plant is owned and which is hired. Ask for signed manhours, not a website statistic.
Ask for a job that looks like yours. A 17-floor urban implosion does not qualify a 256 m chimney. A chimney in a field does not qualify a chimney forty metres from an ID fan. We keep the dossiers public so an EPC can match geometry, not logos.
Ask who signs the blast design. On our jobs it is a mining engineer — Dr. Anand Sharma, PhD, DIN 02000423 — not a site supervisor with a template. Ask for PESO charging, storage and transport. Ask for the vibration file, not a promise.
Insurance and CAR/WC/TPL certificates are issued to the named EPC on award. We do not publish policy numbers on the open web. Write to our team; the PQQ pack leaves the same day.
If the subcontractor cannot show a film, a corridor drawing and a named engineer, they are not ready to stand next to your live plant.
