The most expensive shot is the one you should not fire.

Hybrid mechanical and non-explosive work against live kilns, crushers and near-zero vibration budgets.

Some envelopes cannot take a blast. A reject crusher against a running mill. A preheater with a reclaim next door. A tank boxed in by an HT line. The vibration ceiling is the brief.

At Dalmia Rajgangpur we took a crusher down by hybrid: remote machines, diamond wire, non-explosive breaking. The adjacent lines stayed up. That is not a lesser job. It is a tighter one.

EPCs should put the vibration number in the NIT, not ‘controlled demolition’ as a vibe. We will answer with a method — hinge, implosion, sequence, or hybrid — and we will refuse a shot that cannot be drawn.
